Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and the ability to perform sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition moderate-vigorous physical exercise

Physical fitness is the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently to allow you to be healthy and perform activities of your daily living. Being efficient means doing daily activities with the least effort possible. A fit person is capable to perform our work, meet home responsibilities, and still have enough energy to enjoy sports and other leisure activities. A fit person can handle effectively to normal life situations, such as raking leaves at home, stocking shelves at a part-time job, and marching in the band at school. A fit person can also handle the emergency situations- for example, by running to get help or aiding a friend in distress.

Physical fitness is refer to the maximum functional capacity of all system of the body. We are exercising whenever we move and keeping our body tuned and in a good running order. The body of human is framed in a way that it can jump, climb, bend, stretch and do more tedious work. The human body becomes more stronger as it exert and muscles involvement matters a lot in shaping it. Exercise helps in improving human health and builds up our energy and stamina.

fit he has more ability to perform activities, if a person is not a

physically fit he is not able to do work efficiently.

Physical fitness also provides to boosting up our energy of a body.

5. Increases stamina:

If a person is physically fit then stamina increases in a body.
